Courageous Heart Acupuncture is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. I'm happy to run a benefits check on your behalf so you have a clear picture of your coverage before your first visit.
When booking your first appointment, you’ll have the opportunity to input your insurance information. Once your appointment request has been approved, you’ll hear back from me in 2-3 business days with more information about insurance coverage.
Have an insurance plan I’m not in-network with? I can provide a superbill after your visit, which you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, FSA, and HSA.
I believe that you should know what things cost before you commit. A few notes on pricing:
First visits include a longer intake conversation. Your treatment time that day may be a little shorter than follow-up visits.
Blue Cross Blue Shield is accepted for acupuncture only. If we're billing your insurance, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your plan's copay or coinsurance.
Cosmetic services are not billable to insurance.
This is a medical office, so tips are not accepted. If you want to say thank you, a Google review means the world.

Acupuncture packages must be used within 12 months of purchase, are non-transferable, and can be purchased after an initial exam has been completed.
Re-exams are included if you are utilizing a package.
